Jeff has been at Crossroads Church since 1993. During that time he has been involved in:
- Children’s Ministry: Teach Bible Club, Director of Boys Awana
- Missions Ministry: Family Missions Leader
- Prayer Ministry: Altar Prayer Leader
- Men’s Ministry: Small Group Leader
- Facility Ministry: Facility Council Leader
- Elder Ministry: An Elder
Jeff is a product engineer for Secure Computing Corporation (a security software development company). He has a BS degree in Software Engineering. Jeff is married to Darla (Crossroads’ Children’s Ministry leader). They have three children (Chris, Paul, and Michelle) and are also grandparents. Jeff enjoys hunting, camping, woodworking, and fixing things.
Toni Schwabe – Teacher

Toni, her husband Dan, and their grown children (Kristopher and Amanda) have been at Crossroads longer than she’s willing to admit. Over the years Toni has been a short term missionary in Japan, taught Bible Study Fellowship for 6 years, was a women’s Bible Study leader for 13 years, was Womens’ Ministry Coordinator.
Toni is the Director of Womens’ Ministries for the Northwest Conference (Covenant Church). This involves working with 130 churches of the conference to help them develop ministries in their local churches.
Toni likes reading, taking walks, scrap-booking, and learning to knit (does one cap count?)
