Veterans Appreciation Picnic – June 5th, 1 PM - 4 PM at Forest Lake Lakeside Park
This year’s event will be held outside at the Forest Lake Lakeside Park in downtown Forest Lake, June 5th from 1– 4 PM rain or shine. Crossroads Church in Forest Lake, would like to once again thank and honor our local veterans and their families for all they have given and sacrificed for our countries freedom. In addition to enjoying a great free picnic style meal, special exhibitors, top notch live music, there will also be special speaker/s (e.g. State Representative Bob Dettmer, Senator Ray Vandeveer, and Christy Sauro author of “The Twins Platoon”). We are also encouraging supporters of our veterans to come to this fun event.
